  • All Queensland based owners who have registered a thoroughbred race horse between 1 November 2006 and 31 December 2007
  • All owners of thoroughbred racehorses that have raced in Queensland between 1 November 2006 and 31 December 2007, where the trainer of the horse is located in Queensland.
  • All Queensland based owners who register a thoroughbred racehorse from 1 January 2008
Note: A limit of one ANZ Queensland Owners Card is issued per owner.

Accordingly, the Owners’ Card will be made available to the following people:
 
sole owners (incl lessees);
owners in partnership of between 2 and 10 people (incl lessees);
syndicate managers;
syndicate members in a syndicate of up to 20 people.
